National Shop Hop 2008. Now that you have this passport in your hand you are
entitled to a great adventure. Call your friends and plan some trips. Canada is a
beautiful country in the fall with lots to see and do.

Prizes

Grand Prize – Must visit a minimum of 10 stores to be eligible.

You will be entered into a draw for:
A Trip for 2 to Quilt Canada 2010
April 25 – May 1, 2010 – Calgary, Alberta
Includes:

– Airfare for 2 from anywhere in Canada
– 6 Nights’ accommodation – Hyatt Downtown
– 2 Full Delegate Registrations (Approx. $2,000 value)
Includes:

– 4 Days of Workshops
– All Evening Events
– All Meals
– Unlimited Entry to the National Jury Show
– Plus $250.00 Spending Money

1 Grand Prize will be awarded for the entire country.

Regional Prizes – Must visit a minimum of 5 stores to be eligible.

You will be entered into a draw for:
1 – Thimbleberries and RJR Fabrics Gift Pack
1 – $250 retail value of product from Trend-Tex Fabrics
1 prize will be awarded for each region. The Country is divided into 4 regions:

Pacific – B.C. and Yukon
Prairies – Alberta, Sask., Manitoba, N.W.T. and Nunavut
Central – Ontario and Quebec
Atlantic – New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI and Newfoundland / Labrador

The region you will be chosen for will be the address provided to us in your
passport.

Random Draws – After the winners are chosen for the Grand Prize and Regional Prizes, all
remaining ballots will be put into the Random Draws.
The Random Draws will consist of fabric, patterns, notions and gift certificates.
For every point you receive you get one chance.


How to Get Started

1. Go to www.trendtexfabrics.com to see the participating National Shop Hop
2008 stores.
2. Each time you visit a new store, purchase online or by mail order, you will
receive 1 point.
3. In addition, for every $25.00 increment purchased before taxes of Trend-Tex
Fabrics, or Thimbleberries Fabrics, you will receive 1 additional point.
4. Plus, anytime you purchase any of the following items you will receive 3
additional points.

Example

You may continue to earn points from the same store but you only earn the original
1 point for your first visit to the store.

General Rules

1. Only one passport per participant. If your passport fills up, a participating store
will give you another one to attach to the original.
2. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure the proper points are collected
from each store visited.
3. Trend-Tex reserves the right to disqualify any passports if we feel they have
been tampered with in any way.
4. All receipts along with a store stamp must be placed in the passport to be
honoured (see next page for proper procedure).
5. Participant must visit store to qualify for store point.
6. For any online or mail-order purchase, the participant is required to provide the
name of the store on a register receipt or a store stamp including the special
store code. The participant must tally the points collected and staple the
receipt into passport.
7. Draw date for all prizes is March 1, 2009. All passports must be received by
Trend-Tex Fabrics no later than January 31, 2009.

Trend-Tex Fabrics asks that every participant have fun. Trend-Tex Fabrics gives stores
the final decision in awarding points. After all, we want you to create a fun event with
your friends and family through the fall season!
